Soma Labs as a Group (+ 1x 1:1 with Kelly!)
Each week there will be a themed Module that gets dripped to you via our online-portal. It will contain videos, exercises and content to deepen. Then we will meet live via Zoom Video weekly for the Soma Lab, where we put the teachings into practice, bring it to life, embody, witness and do some powerful 'work' together.
The "Tigress Teachings" for each module will be left as a mystery for now, but I trust you can feel the frequency: embodied, raw, real, Shakti. We will work with the templates of transmission, group coaching, ritual, and sharing.
Weekly Modules and off-call content to prepare for the Soma Labs
Having homeplay and practices to engage in when we are not in session space give you the chance to embrace your own pace and sovereignty. I will be sharing highly specific videos and content around astrology, human design, cycle syncing and womb wisdom, sexual healing, archetypes, confidence building, emotional integration, and whatever feels most in-service to the Way of the Tigress at the time.

About your Guide
I'm Kelly Roland. I'm a women's mentor and somatic guide. My work in the world births from the 2 core pillars of my mission, and my personal obsessions: Dance / Embodiment & the Metaphysical + Healing Arts.
I began dancing when I was 4, and never stopped. From lyrical, ballet, tap, jazz, and everything in between. Following practical dance methodology came years of somatic study, metaphysical anatomy, chakras and energy medicine, holistic heatlh certification, embodiment courses, and archetypal movement and channeling.
I've been studying the occult from my early teens on, born in Salem, MA where the history of the witches began. I have dedicated the past 9 years to studying, training in, living by, teaching and training/guiding others within various astrological modalities, specifically Human Design, Mayan Astrology, and Western Astrology.
It is my passion to support women in embodying the uniqueness of their own radiance and magnetism. To give permission and empower you with the integrative wisdom of your multi-dimensional nature to OWN the role you came here to play.
